Dandelion

The dandelion is a common perrenial plant,originated in asia. its height is approximatley 45 centimeters and it is considered a weed plant, that grows nearly everywhere. the dandelion has a long main root, serrated or feathery leaves, and yellow petals.





* the young leaves of the dandelion are used , live and cooked in salads.

* whitening the flowers, by devoiding them of exposure to sunlight, will cause them to turn white and become less bitter.
*the root which is slightly bitter can be eaten raw or cooked as well.

* after drying the root u may easily toast it and use it as a caffeine free
substitute for coffee.

* from the flowers , that posess an impleasent scent, one could make tea
which is very much the contrary.

* from the root one could mae a brown-purple color.

* water distilled , after being soaked om the cultivation bases that use
for cultivating dandelions are then used for cosmetics and skin hygiene.
